Who we are???

Precision Academy Coaching (PAC Soccer) is a soccer training company that finds coaches to train youth players to enhance their individual abilities to understand the game of soccer in segments: Technical | Tactical | Mental. Technical soccer drills and exercises that are designed to promote the player's technique and skills. The players will gradually learn over a period of time the co-ordination and basic motor patterns they need to solve specific soccer game-related problems. The decision-making process is very complex, and players are reacting not only to the other team movements, but also to their own teammates. Choosing the most effective solutions to these problems, requires a high degree of ball mastery and wide range of motor skills in higher level soccer. With our programs the player will learn these technical soccer skills through a variety of progressive technical soccer drills designed to excel their soccer ability. Tactical awareness largely refers to a soccer player having the ability to make effective decisions during a soccer game. Each player will learn how to analyze soccer tactically by using group drills that work on skills and forcing players to make decisions quickly in game-like situations. The Mental game refers to the mental fortitude in soccer. It is not all about dealing with confidence issues. Mental toughness means you have to deal with success the right way too. Our training is designed to teach players how to develop the correct mindset to build confidence & success on the pitch.
