After 9 highly successful seasons of indoor and minor league football, where he was most notably coached by Haywood Jeffires, formerly of the Houston Oilers. Richard’s career included 4 All-Pro seasons as a left tackle. He received an invitation to the NFL Regional combine. After competing in the combine, he decided to end his football career on the field and transition into media. Richard Walker started Epiq Media shortly thereafter. He quickly became a certified studio technical director and has been a credentialed member of the sports media since 2012. He is a member of the Football Writers Association of America, Basketball Writers Association of America, and the National Association of Black Journalists. He has been a feature writer for Sports Illustrated (Toro Times) and SB Nation (Battle Red Blog) and several other publications. He also works as the sports director for NBC Radio Affiliate KCAA radio 106.5 FM, which is based in Redlands, CA. He is the author of the book "Keep The Chains Moving: A Playbook For Success In Life". Mr. Walker also serves as an offensive line coach for USA Football International, a team that represents the USA and travels internationally to bring the game of football to countries across the world. He is the founder of the National Future Leaders Flag league, and has a vision of "making the world a better place with football.". The foundation of the creation of the NFLFL is to serve the communities that it operates in, and instill a culture of teamwork, competitiveness, personal growth, perseverance and philantrophy.

About J. C. Kimey: Born on May 28th, 1969, in Caldwell, Texas, J. C. Kimey is a true football lifer. Growing up in Houston, Texas, and later residing in Dallas, Texas, Kimey's journey in football spans a diverse range of roles. A former Junior College basketball player at Richland College, Dallas, Texas, Kimey's love for football led him to various positions, from playing wide receiver and quarterback to coaching and administration.
Kimey's notable achievements include founding The Minor Professional Football League (MPFL) in 2010, where he served as Commissioner, CEO, and Executive Producer of The MPFL Game of the Week from 2010-2012. His coaching prowess was evident with the Garland Aztecs of The XFL in 2014, where he guided the team to a playoff berth after a 5-5 season. Kimey's contributions extend to college football, where he served as the Head Coach of RPA College
(Div III) in Arlington, Texas, turning around a fledgling program to a 5-7 record in 2018.
In recent years, Kimey showcased his expertise as the Quarterback Coach of the Dallas Vikings in The Texas United Football League, achieving runner-up status in 2021 and semifinalist in 2022.
J. C. Kimey resides in Dallas, Texas, and is a proud father of three sons - Lorenzo (34), Carlo (25), and Nick (21).
Director of Officiating - Ray Powell

About Ray Powell: Ray Powell was born on April 26th, 1955, in Long Beach, California, and has an illustrious background as a standout offensive lineman. He sharpened his skills at Cal Lutheran during his college years and enjoyed a distinguished career in professional football, including stints in the NFL, CFL, and 26 years in minor league football.
Officiating Experience: Ray has over 21 years of officiating experience across various levels, including High School, NCAA, and minor league football. He joined the Minor Professional Football League in 2012 and was rightfully honored with induction into the American Football Association Hall of Fame in 2005. Ray is also a certified member of the Texas Association of Sports Officials (TASO), underscoring his commitment to excellence in officiating.
