Fall 2024: Raiders Cheer

Welcome to Lehigh Acres Raiders Football and Cheer!

LAFA has been serving the communities young scholars since 1984. The new Raiders Complex will be opening for the first time during this season! We are a non profit organization with an active 501c3 functioning under Pop Warner (Peace River Conference) for the Fall season. As an organization we hold our athletes and their education to a high level. Through Pop Warner we participate in the Little Scholars program, each season our athletes are awarded "All American" for those with qualifying GPA's. When reports card are released at the end of the school year it is a requirement to submit these to our Scholastics Coordinator.

Our football and cheer program emphasizes learning the skills and fundamentals of the sport while learning to be strong teammates and the importance of lifting each other up. This is accomplished through great coaching, effective practices, and strength/conditioning.

Practice begins August 1, Monday-Friday until after Labor Day. Practice will then adjust to a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday schedule with rainy day make ups on Tuesday and Thursday. Game days are on Saturday. Attendance is mandatory and will effect playing/cheering time. This is for the cohesiveness of the team and also safety of your player. We do not want our athletes being injured for the lack of preparation. During Fall we do follow the MPR set for the team, each varies due to the team size and/or age. Please follow your coach for that information. For the cheer program, once the limit of games missed is met your athlete will not be able to participate in competitions.

The fee for Fall season:
Football is $300, the price includes, rental of helmet and shoulder pads, field use fees, a home/away jersey and integrated game pants, travel shirt/shorts, and equipment bag.
Cheerleading:
$375- Tiny Mites- Varsity: Game Day uniform rental, travel uniform to keep, Competition uniform, competition shoes, competition bow, game day bow, Breast Cancer Awareness bow, bloomers, backpack, and jacket.
$275- Challenger: Game Day uniform rental, travel uniform to keep, Competition uniform, competition shoes, competition bow, game day bow, Breast Cancer Awareness bow, bloomers, backpack, and jacket.
$175-JR Tiny Mites: Game Day uniform rental, travel uniform to keep, game day bow, Breast Cancer Awareness bow.

LAFA holds our players and families to the highest of standards. Please read over the volunteer, fundraising and behavior agreements, these are required.
The following documents MUST be submitted during this practice: Birth Certificate.
Payment plans are available.
