The Tee Ball division is designed as an introduction to baseball for our youngest players. This level focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals of hitting, throwing, catching, and running the bases in a fun, supportive environment. All players hit from a tee, and games are structured to emphasize learning and participation over competition. Coaches are on the field to provide guidance, build confidence, and ensure every child enjoys their first baseball experience.

Tee Ball is all about developing teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game—while keeping things simple, positive, and exciting for new players.

The Farm Coach/Machine Pitch division is designed for young players who are ready to build on their Tee Ball experience. At this level, players begin hitting pitched balls from a coach or pitching machine, helping them develop timing, confidence, and stronger offensive skills. Fielding fundamentals, defensive awareness, and proper baseball techniques are emphasized while keeping instruction fun and age-appropriate.

Games are structured to promote learning, teamwork, and player development. Coaches continue to offer on-field guidance, ensuring a supportive environment as players progress toward higher levels of play.

The Minor Player Pitch division is designed for players who are ready to take the next big step in their baseball development. At this level, athletes pitch to one another, introducing more advanced elements of the game such as live pitching, walks, strikeouts, and strategic base running. Players continue to strengthen their hitting, throwing, and fielding fundamentals while learning important game concepts like defensive positioning and situational awareness.

While competition becomes more structured, the emphasis remains on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Coaches focus on teaching mechanics, building confidence, and preparing players for the transition to the Majors division.

The Majors division is the highest level of the Little League baseball program for this age range and represents a significant step in player development. At this level, athletes experience a full, competitive game of baseball—including player pitching, advanced defensive play, strategic base running, and more refined game situations.

Players continue sharpening their hitting, pitching, and fielding mechanics while learning deeper strategies and responsibilities for each position. Games are more competitive, but the focus remains on developing skills, teamwork, resilience, and a strong love for the game. The Majors division prepares players for the next stages of youth baseball while providing a fun, rewarding, and memorable experience.

Traveling to games outside of Anza will be a possibility in this division.

The Intermediate (50/70) division bridges the gap between the smaller Little League field and the full-sized baseball diamond. With a 50-foot pitching distance and 70-foot base paths, players experience a faster, more advanced style of play that introduces leading off, pick-off moves, balks, and more complex strategy.

This division helps athletes sharpen their mechanics, increase game awareness, and adjust to a larger field while still receiving strong instructional support from coaches. The pace of play becomes more competitive and exciting, preparing athletes for the transition into Juniors and higher levels of baseball.

This division will travel to other cities for games.
