SPONSORSHIP OPPURTUNITIES

Oakdale Baseball & Softball Association is seeking your support for the 2024 season. We have multiple opportunities for your company to offer support while getting your brand or companies name in front of the thousands of people who take part in the leagues events. With rising costs, your sponsorship donation will be used to help cover the cost of purchasing baseball uniforms, baseball equipment, insurance, OYSA pay to play fee's, field use and maintenance, and umpire fees. Sponsorship and Donation programs contribute to regulating the registration costs additionally, they work toward supporting larger facility and operations investments at the facilities that OBSA uses throughout the Spring and Summer All-stars seasons.

As OBSA is a non-profit organization sponsorships and donations are tax deductible to businesses and individual contributors alike.

To become a OBSA sponsor please fill out and register your company online through the registration portal and make your tax-deductible donation via credit card. Need to pay with a company check? No problem! Download the OBSA Sponsorship Form and mail the form with your payment to the OBSA address below.

Individual Sponsor Options

Team Sponsorship - $350

Team sponsors will receive their companies name on the back of the jersey's of the players and coaches of a baseball or softball team. Sponsors may request a specific team (if in direct association with a coach or player). Company are limited to two lines and character count limitations will vary from season to season (based on type of jerseys). Team sponsors will also receive a team photo sponsor plaque at the end of the season. NOTE ALL TEAM SPONSORSHIP APPLICATIONS MUST BE TURNED IN COMPLETE AND PAID BY NO LATER THAN 1/10/2024.

Opening Day Sponsor- $350

Have your companies brand seen on all opening day related advertising and announced at the opening day ceremonies.

Website Sponsorship - $150

Website sponsors will have their companies web banner (artwork MUST be provided by sponsor in properly formatted and sized format) on the OBSA Website home page for the active season year till the start of the following seasons registration. Ad's are clickable to your companies website. Ad's are placed on the website a first come first serve basis based on receipt of application, payment and properly formatted artwork (Artwork Size 125 x 80 Pixels)

Banner Sponsorships-

Large Banner Sponsor (12' x 5')-         $345
Medium Banner Sponsor (10' x 4')-   $260
Small Banner Sponsor (7' x 3')-      $210

Banner sponsorships include 1 printed banner (artwork MUST be provided by sponsor in properly formatted and sized format) to be placed on either the home run fence (as available based on fence type and banner size) or facility perimeter fence location of the sponsor choice (available space only). (Note: banner sponsors banners are removed from TL Davis at the season after championships and after any scheduled tournaments held at TL Davis during the Allstars summer program is complete).
