NFL FLAG leagues are no contact, giving boys and girls of all abilities a chance to develop their fundamental football skills in a positive, inclusive environment. Our mission is to empower youth athletes and instill a lifelong passion for flag football through leagues that are engaging, fun, and accessible for everyone. With the support of the NFL, we provide a structured opportunity for kids to discover the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and friendship—both on and off the field.
League Details:Registration: May 10, 2024 / Closes August 01, 2024
Season Dates: August 01, 2024 - October 26, 2024
Age Groups: Coed 3-15 years old / Girls Division 8-17 yrs old (League age as of Jan 1 2024)
Registration Fee: $120.00 (Financial Aid and Payment Plan available)

Recreational and Competitive Divisions:
What is the difference between Recreational and competitive? Very Simple
Recreational- all teams are selected by the President and Football Commissioner. We use the address of the players and their athletic ability to create the rosters. This will help assure teams are evenly balanced and that you will practice at the closest field to your home address.
(Not Available for Fall Season) Competitive- this division was created to allow friends, family and coaches to create their own team. All athletes that are not protected by a coach, be draftable to any competitive team that is still in need of a couple players. All remaining participants will be placed on a team to form their own competitive squad or will be moved down to the recreational division.

Practices
We were able to lock down multiple practice locations through out the county to make it as easy as possible on the parents. We currently have practice locations in Homosassa and Inverness. All teams will practice twice a week on a Monday-Thursday Schedule. Once we select our teams we will be able to release your practice schedule.
Gamedays
All Saturday Games will be held at Homosassa Recreational Community Park, 4210 S Grandmarch Ave, Homosassa, FL 34446. Gameday operations will run from 8am to 4pm, typically the younger divisions will start the day off. We will have 4 games going on at once, at all times, always arrive to your game 45mins prior to your start time.
Coaches Needed!
As with any league, the success of the league is 100% dependent on parent involvement. We are currently looking for any Adults that love football, developing young athletes, and are willing to step up and be a Head Coach or Assistant Coach. It is very simple and fun to Coach your very own flag team as their is only 7-8 kids per team and you will be able to control your own practice and game schedule to fit in with your work schedule. All coaches can attend the voluntary "Coaches Clinic" at the player assessment. At the coaches clinic we provide all the tools it takes to win the Super Bowl including a playbook, strategies, and quick tutorial to the rules of flag football. The mission of the 352 Legends program is to empower and inspire young athletes in Citrus County and beyond to become legendary both on and off the field of play.
