Hamilton Flag Football will provide the following:

Performance Jersey
Performance Shorts
Mouth Guard
Flag Belt

In the fall we are playing at HTRBA using their baseball fields.  Because of that we can't use Football Cleats due to the fact they will damage the fields.  We recommend Turf shoes or soccer cleats.  You can use baseball cleats and sneakers as well.
