Scores - Via the website, go to Schedules->Scores and enter the score for the game and post the results
- Pitch counts - Via the website, go to Schedules->Scores and select Players. Update the pitch count(s) for the pitcher(s) that pitched in the game. Post the results.
- Pitch count report - On your team calendar page there is a Pitch Count button you can select to run a report which shows your pitch counts by player.

Pitch count totals
- 11-12yrs old – 85 pitches per day
- 9-10yrs old – 75 pitches per day
- 7-8yrs old – 50 pitches per day
- Exception: If a pitcher reaches the limit imposed in Regulation VI (c) for his/her league age while facing a batter, the pitcher may continue to pitch until any one of the following conditions occurs: 1. That batter reaches base; 2. That batter is put out; 3. The third out is made to complete the half-inning.
- Note 1: A pitcher who delivers 41 or more pitches in a game cannot play the position of catcher for the remainder of that day.
- Note 2: Any player who has played the position of catcher in four or more innings in a game is not eligible to pitch on that calendar day.
