Cherished Volunteers

Leah Pronovost, passed away Jan 21st 2022. It is always hard to lose such an amazing person and Leah is one that will never be replaced in our hearts. Leah was a wife, mother, grandmother and one of the most selfless, loving volunteers you could ever hope to meet. We will miss her every time we step on the field this season and future ones. Our Clubhouse was renamed "Leah's Clubhouse" in honor of this wonderful lady that was a part of SKWLL for over two decades.

Leah Pronovost College Scholarship Fund

SKWLL has created a scholarship fund with Leah's family as a way to keep Leah's memory alive within South Kitsap Western Little League. The scholarship is for the benefit of current and former SKWLL players as they move on to their college years.

Our sincere condolences to the family of Richard "Dick" Taute, Sr. who passed away on September 10, 2021.

He served in the United States Navy and was very active in his church.

Dick Taute was a former manager & coach and also served as league president of South Kitsap Western Little League. He was also part of the Lions Club of Port Orchard which has been a sponsor of SKWLL.

He was a mentor to many and will be greatly missed.
Our T-Ball field was renamed in his honor.
