The Virginia Beach Defenders are a Travel/Sunday Select team that is an extension of the VB Pups program. These teams are ages 13U and older for baseball.

The philosophy of the VB Defenders is rooted in values combined from Law Enforcement and US Navy SEALs.

Their are 6 standards that the team is based on:
1) Honor
2) Respect
3) Commitment
4) Discipline
5) Detail
6) Integrity

The team is focused on positivity and teamwork while learning the team fundamentals of the game in order to prepare the players for future endeavors (Showcase Teams & High School).
