Question: How do you ensure every selected player gets playing time?
Answer: This is our TOP priority! The game of football is fast, physical and unpredictable and we continue to add to/expand our focus each year to ensure we are doing everything in our power to give every athlete the playing time they deserve.
Here is our "2024 Playing Time Initiative":
- Roster Limits: The best way to distribute playing time is setting Roster Limits, see below.

11-Man Roster (45 Max): QB=2, RB/FB=3, WR=6, TE=2, OL=8, DL=8, LB=6, DB=8. K=1, P=1
Cheer Roster (12 Max): Flyer=3, Base=6, Backspot=3
Spotters: 2 individuals per game whose specific role is to count snaps and make sure players are being rotated properly into the game.
