Meet Coach Cousins, the dynamic founder and director of our NFL Flag Football league. A proud USC Trojan alum, Coach Cousins honed his skills under the legendary Pete Carroll, where he showcased his versatility on the field with remarkable linebacker play making an interception against Utah and scoring a defensive touchdowns against Cal.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Coach Cousins has been a fixture in Southern California since 1998. His journey to excellence includes being named a JUCO All-American at West LA College before transitioning to a professional career in the arena football leagues.

With over 20 years of coaching experience, primarily at the collegiate level, Coach Cousins brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our league. His passion for sports development and character building shines through in every practice and game, as he guides young athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Coach Cousins is not only a talented athlete and coach but also a dedicated public health professional who enjoys empowering youth and the community. Over the last decade, he has empowered youth/families/communities throughout the region. Past collaborative efforts working along side organizations include: Youth Policy Institute, Glendale Unified School District, City of Glendale Parks and Recreation, Lawndale Elementary School District, City of Lawndale Community Services Department , LAUSD and LACDPH. Coach has helped students make healthy lifestyle choices and has created additional opportunities for physical activities for youth/families/community throughout the Southern California region.
