February 1st Registration for 8U, 10U, 12U, and Cheer will become available. Registration fee will be $125, which can be paid in 2 instalments. By close of registration on August 1st athletes must have the $125 registration fee paid and ALL forms turned in. Forms consist of the following:

• Participant Tracking
• AYF Code of Conduct
• Concussion Acknowledgement
• Liability Waiver
• Image Release
• Medical Clearance
• Physical Form
• Emergency Consent
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Final Report Card of Previous Grade Completed

By the first game Athletes are to have 1 form of government Issued ID (ie, State, Military, or Passport). Instructions on how to get a NC State ID can be found here. State ID's are $14 and you will also need one document verifying age and identity, a Social Security card or one document proving they have a Social Security number, for U.S. citizens, one document proving residency, and for non-U.S. citizens, one document issued by the U.S. government indicating legal presence.

Refund Requests

If you would like to request a refund an email would need to need sent to to [email protected] explaining the why you need a refund. As long as the request is sent before August 1st at 11:59pm it will then be submitted to the Eastern Carolina Hurricanes Youth Football & Cheer board and will be voted on as to whether you will receive half or a full refund.
