PRE-REGISTER
PRE-REGISTER ONLINE: Click Register in the upper right hand corner of this page.

Important information you need to know before registering:

1. All fields on the electronic registration will need to be completed. If there are no pertinent details in the health related questions regarding injuries or allergies, please indicate “None”.
2. Please have a PNG, JPEG or PDF of the participants’ Birth Certificate ready to upload.
3. Online pre-registration will require Full payment taken via credit or debit card, a processing fee will apply.
4. Upon completion of the online pre-registration process you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt for payment. 
5. Please go back to the My Account page in Sports Connect online and view your participant’s profiles. You will see a link to Sign Electronic Forms.
6. Click Sign Electronic Forms (System will log you out and request that you sign back in). Sign back in and go to My Account. Your participant should be listed.
7. NO NEED TO PRINT ANY FORMS. 
8. To complete the registration process, you must attend an in-person registration event and bring a copy of the birth certificate.

IN-PERSON REGISTRATION

1. All players (even pre-registered) need to attend an in-person registration event to confirm registration details and be sized for football equipment.
2. If you have not pre-registered:
   • Use the links below the Registration Fees on this page to download the 2025 Participant Contract, Parental Consent Form and 2025 Physical Fitness Medical History Form.
   • Print the 2025 blank forms, complete, sign and bring to the in-person registration event.
   • Payments during an in-person registration event can be made with cash, check, credit card or Venmo.
3. All players attending in-person registration need to bring a copy of their Birth Certificate.
4. For application for Financial Aid or Delayed Payment, players need to attend an in-person registration.
