The Poughkeepsie Cardinals Youth Football & Cheer program is an all-volunteer youth football and cheer program, a proud member of American Youth Football (AYF), and a member of Taconic Youth Football & Cheer (TYFC). TYFC represents Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, and Orange Counties in the state of NY. Our program is open to children ages 5-13.
