All Coaches, Team Parents and Board Members interacting with players must complete the mandatory training requirements as per Pop Warner rules and regulations.

Requirements:
Photo - Passport Style photo from the shoulders up. No Shades or Hats.

Background Check - Level II background check required for all volunteers. The Colts will host multiple mobile fingerprint services at our Field during the preseason.

YCADA  Cheer Certification - Required for all Cheer coaches and Cheer Team Parents. Not available until Summer 2026.

USA Football Certification - Required for all Football coaches and Football Team Parents. Available early 2026.

Southeast Region Pop Warner Training - Mandatory In Person Coaches Clinic for 1st year Pop Warner Football and Cheer Coaches. Online version for Renewals.
