The President has many responsibilities in the administration of the league. As the chief administrator, the President selects and appoints managers, coaches, umpires and committees. As such, no person becomes a manager, coach, umpire or committee member without the approval of the President. However, all appointments are subject to final approval by the local league's Board of Directors.

The Vice President presides in the absence of the President, works with other officers and committee members, is ex-officio member of all committees, and carries out such duties and assignments as may be delegated by the President.
Jonathan Dewhurst - Treasurer ([email protected])
The Treasurer dispenses league funds as approved by the board of directors, reports on the status of league funds, keeps local league books and financial records, prepares budgets, and assumes the responsibility for all local league finances.
Matt Roberts – Treasurer/Web ([email protected])

Manages the league's official home page, the online registration process and ensures that league rosters are maintained on the site, assigns administrative rights to league volunteers and teams.

The Secretary maintains a register of members and directors, records the minutes of meetings, is responsible for sending out notice of meetings, issues membership cards and maintains a record of league's activities.

The Director of Operations orders uniforms, ensures that league news and scores are updated on a regular basis, collects, posts and distributes important information on league activities. Manages the league social media accounts and distributes registration information to local school districts and the surrounding community.
Greg Sheldon – Majors Player Agent ([email protected])
Responsible for the registration and certification (along with President) of all eligible player candidates in the AA, AAA and Major divisions. Responsible for holding league tryouts and draft. Maintains all records of player transactions, official rosters and league membership lists. Responsible for managing, per Little-League Rules, the player pull-up rule.
Michelle Barlow – Team Parent Coordinator ([email protected])
Coordinates with the team parents in regards to communication on season schedule, fund raising events, uniform names and patches, and team parties. Assists the Safety Officer in relaying important compliance information and safety standards. Works with outside fan gear and banner vendors to distribute flyers and collateral.
Ryan Leversen & Chris Davenport – Equipment/Maintenance Manager
Responsible for coordinating the acquisition of all uniforms, equipment and supplies within established budgets and under the direction of the Board of Directors. Works with Division Reps and Managers to maintain, replace, and supply safe equipment at all levels of play.
Brittany Aase – Safety & Compliance Officer ([email protected])
The safety officer coordinates all safety activities including supervision of ASAP (A Safety Awareness Program), ensures safety in player training, ensures safe playing conditions, coordinates reporting and prevention of injuries, solicits suggestions for making conditions safer, and reports suggestions to Little League International through the ASAP system. Also ensures compliance with address verification to ensure players live within the EHYLLL boundaries and are eligible to play in EHYLLL.
Colby Clark – Fields Manager ([email protected])
Responsible for coordinating all maintenance and repair activities associated with the facilities. Acquires necessary supplies and equipment to accomplish same within established budgets and coordinates with local schools and community parks and recreation.
Paul Cisneros, Raudel Rodriguez, & Wei Wang – Field Coordinators
Assists the field supervisor with the coordination of all maintenance and repair activities associated with the facilities. Acquires necessary supplies and equipment to accomplish same within established budgets and coordinates with local schools and community parks and recreation.
Bob Davis – Events & Opening Night Coordinator
Coordinates the league’s annual fundraising events including but not limited the annual Opening Night extravaganza.
Angela Magdeleno – Concession Stand Coordinator
Responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the maintaining and operating the league concession stand under the direction of the board and within established budgets. Manages the procurement of supplies and equipment. Works closely with treasurer on food pricing. Responsible for the scheduling of concession stand paid workers and volunteers.
Amy Fernandez, Gustavo Galindo, & Madhura Shaligram – Concessions
Assists the Concession Stand Coordinator with the stocking, maintenance, and operation of the 3 individual concession stands.
Mike Schneeweis – Fundraising Coordinator
Coordinates various fundraising events and “Give Back” nights throughout the community.
David Mehrezar – Game of the Week & Hit-a-thon Coordinator
Coordinates the game of the week at Mustang to get all families out for the fun and Hit-a-thon, one of the league’s largest annual fundraising efforts.

David Madden – Minors/Big League Player Agent ([email protected])

Responsible for holding league evaluations for the Single A level and administers the Single A Blind Draft. Maintains all records of player transactions, official rosters and league membership lists. Responsible for managing, per Little-League Rules, the player pull-up rule.

The Sponsorship Coordinator is responsible for:
· Solicits and secures local sponsorships to support league operations
· Collects and reviews sponsorship and fundraising opportunities
· Organizes and implements approved league fundraising activities
· Coordinates participation in fundraising activities
· Maintains records of monies secured through sponsorship and fundraising initiatives
Teri Halati – Casino Night Coordinator
Coordinates the league’s annual Casino Night fundraiser within established budget including venue selection, entertainment, and meal selections. Coordinates with Team Parents to acquire donations/baskets, silent and live auction items, and additional fund raising opportunities.
Tracy McLaughlin – Pictures, Trophies, & Angel Day Coordinator
Responsible for the coordination of picture day for regular season and all stars, the procurement of trophies and awards, and the annual Angel Day.
Marcus Jones – Coaching Coordinator
Responsible for the coordination of training and education of all coaches in the league.
Bryan Makowksi & Sean Urena – Coaching Manager/Poker Night Coordinator
Responsible for the training and education of the coaches, by division. Responsible for the planning, registration, and operation of the poker night(s).
Casie Diaz – Yearbook
Responsible for the development and distribution of the annual yearbook within established budgets including vendor selection and management, picture collection and distribution.
Heather Jones – Support
Responsible for supporting the league wherever needed.
