● All Star Uniform Requirements/Specifications: Concerns with little
league patch if sleeveless for summer ball and all-stars so parents
don’t need to purchase two uniforms.
● Trophies- Medals for T-Ball teams, Coach Pitch teams, Minors only 1st place Rings for 1st place Majors
● League Pins- Whitney will design them and get it going
● Pitching Coach Clinic for Baseball-No
● Red Sox Major Player- Discussed what to do in different situations
● Lincoln County Majors SB Pitcher- Yes, they can bring a 13 year old pitcher for a majors double header.
● Anonymous Complaint in Majors Baseball. 1st warning. If it happens again- will be required to take training.
● Pushing 5:00 games back on north/baseball field due to umpires (already changed to 5:15 on schedules)
● A player in Minors baseball is being pulled from the team. Can they get a partial refund? No, to a refund

● Players who are nine years old will have priority to move up to minors over 8 year olds
(all in favor)
● 3 Coach Pitch additions vs cost of uniforms: add 3 to the waiting list. (in cart waiting)
They will need to pay for shipping for uniforms. Late order is ok.
● Late order/Mess up jerseys: New orders can be done for new players. New hats will be
coming soon (March 17). 12 players still need to pay.
● Equipment Sell/Give Away: Zach will go through and decide what to sell and donate
● Game Changer: Who starts the game- It needs to stay consistent. The home team
should start the game. 15 minutes before the game starts the rosters need to be set and
put into game changer. Brandon Jones will finish inputting the information for teams in the
system.
● Pictures: Jane will contact a photographer about a Wed./ Saturday schedule for pictures.
● Junior BB schedule: We are still waiting for the District for their schedule
● Snack Bar
○ Snack bar clean out & stocking day: Board will meet on Saturday, March 7 @ 3:00 to clean out and start stocking
○ Snack Bar Menu: Menu was approved and price list sent to Kim
○ Who’s working - approval of names submitted
○ Sysco: Waiting to see if we can get hotdogs and pretzels from them. (Alternate choices are Costco and Sam’s Club)
● Taxes/League Fees: Taxes are completed. We still need to find out exactly how much we need to pay for League Fees.
We will pay Parks and Rec. at the end of the season.
● Training/Background Updates: Still a list of volunteers who need to finish training.
● Opening Day Responsibilities
○ Tables and Bleachers: Jane will contact Parks and Rec to have them set up
○ Pulled Pork Prep Steven and Whitney will prep and cook
○ Ball fields are available. When should we cut the fence? They are cut and ready to go.
○ Field posts/fencing for game day- Kris will make sure this is ready
○ Topps Baseball Cards Each team will receive a box of cards. They will be handed out opening day to coaches.

Need to have a meeting scheduled after evaluations prior to draft.
