Winchester Pop Warner Cheer is a nationally awarded cheer program that competes in the New England Region. Comprised of student athletes ranging in age from 5 to 18 years old from Winchester.* We have a team for everyone, inclusive of all abilities. We are proud to be putting SIX teams on the mat for the second year in a row.
*Please note our Adaptive Program pulls from any town within a 15-mile radius of Winchester.

Our coaches are committed to helping every athlete – regardless of skill level, background, or experience – to grow and develop as both a teammate and an individual. We emphasize the importance of sportsmanship, dedication, perseverance, accountability, and working as a team, while also focusing on building confidence and leadership skills. We strive to create a successful, inclusive team at all levels. No tumbling skills or experience is required, we will meet you where you are!

These teams practice multiple days a week and compete at competitions with qualifying progression to Nationals.
Bantam (high school, age 14+ as of August 1)
Junior Varsity (ages 12 & 13)
Junior PeeWee (ages 10 & 11)
Mitey Mite (ages 8 & 9)
Tiny Mite (ages 5-7)

SHOWCASE TEAM - ADAPTIVE CHEER
The Adaptive team practices 1 day a week and performs at the league cheer competition, with the possibility of being invited to perform at both Regionals & Nationals.  The Adaptive team is part of Pop Warner's "Challenger" division, for individuals with special needs.  This division includes all children ages 5 to 18 with varying physical or mental abilities who are currently enrolled in school.
