CHEER REGISTRATION

2026 Spring Cheer Condtioning

Our Spring 2026 Cheer Conditioning Program is designed to build a strong foundation for the upcoming cheer season.

This program focuses strictly on conditioning—no routines or competitions—making it perfect for athletes of all experience levels who want to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and confidence.

Participants will work on:

• Core strength and overall body conditioning

• Flexibility and mobility

• Balance, coordination, and body control

• Cardiovascular endurance

• Injury prevention and proper warm-up techniques

This program is ideal for returning cheerleaders looking to stay active in the off-season, as well as new athletes who want to prepare their bodies for cheerleading. Sessions will be upbeat, supportive, and focused on teamwork, discipline, and healthy movement.

No tryouts. No pressure. Just conditioning, confidence, and growth.
