Open Gym Sessions are an opportunity for athletes to get more work in on a consistent basis. We have Spring, Summer, and Fall Sessions and offer early morning sessions on select Sundays in the Winter. Open Gyms are free. Athletes have to make the commitment to themselves and show up. It's not easy to wake up at 5:00 AM for a workout, but it is worth it. The only thing we can offer you is an open gym and some guidance along the way. You have to do the work. Repetition is key.

NOTE: Please do not come to our Open Gym Sessions and expect to play pick-up. We do play, sometimes, but the ultimate goal at open gyms is to teach. These are not open runs. We do have information about Pick-Up Sessions below.

To participate in Open Gym Sessions you have to sign-up here. If you are under 18, your parents need to create an account and sign you up. You will be able to be added on via email to the account so that you can receive alerts and updates regarding open gyms. When you come to any open gym, you must sign-in. Make sure to register before you come to the gym.
