2024 Practice Schedule is Live!

The start of the 2024 Carolina Copperheads tackle football and cheer season is just around the corner, and the excitement is starting to build.

Training and conditioning will begin on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. Our football and cheer programs will condition every Monday and Wednesday from 6-8 pm and Saturday mornings from 9-11 am at Catawba Ridge High School.

The Pop Warner season officially starts on August 1, 2024.

According to Pop Warner rules, football players will not be allowed to wear pads until they have 10 hours of practice time. Our teams will have mandatory practices on August 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 to ensure all players meet the ten-hour minimum. Practices on 8/1, 8/2, 8/5, and 8/7 will take place from 6-8 pm, and practice on 8/3 will take place from 9-11 am.

Practices will continue at Catawba Ridge High School every Monday and Wednesday from 6-8 pm and Saturday mornings from 9-11 am.

Pop Warner will host a cheer clinic on Saturday, 8/10, and a football tackle jamboree on Saturday, 8/17. The times and locations of these events are still TBD.

We will keep the Carolina Copperheads calendar updated throughout the season.

Games will be held every Saturday starting August 24th. Pop Warner will begin releasing schedules once all teams in the league are officially rostered.
