Registration fee refunds are considered if they meet the following requirements and upon submission of supporting documentation:

*Athlete joined a high school Varsity or Junior Varsity team.
*Athlete was injured during practices/scrimmages/ or game.
*Athlete was denied medical clearance by doctor.
