Sunday Skills Sessions

When: Sunday Afternoons (Sept 28th - Oct 19th)

Time: 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

Where: Southwest Christian High School

Who: 4th-8th Grade Students

Fee: 4 Sessions - $100

Elevate your game with our Sunday Skills Sessions! These sessions focus on refining fundamentals, building team concepts, and fostering confidence on the field.

Our Skills Sessions provide players with the opportunity to refine their lacrosse fundamentals, improve technique, and elevate their overall game. These sessions are open to all players, regardless of experience level, and focus on skill development, game concepts, and competitive drills.

🔹 Skill Development – High-rep drills to improve dodging, defensive positioning, shooting accuracy, and goalie reaction time.

🔹 Team Concepts – Learn offensive and defensive strategies, decision-making under pressure, and effective teamwork.

🔹 Huddle Devotional – Conclude each session with a faith-based devotional to encourage and prepare for the week ahead.
