******REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS APRIL 25th in order to finalize jerseys! *****

Please see all details below:

DIVISIONS:
3 Divisions based on age. The purpose for these changes is to make the league as fair and competitive as possible. 

A Division: ages 23+ and/or Top Ranked teams from 2025 summer.
B Division: ages 35+ and/or Middle Ranked teams from 2025 summer.
C Division: ages 40+ and/or Lowest Ranked teams from 2025 summer.

Thursday Nights Under the Lights**
Dates: June 18th, July 2nd, July 9th, July 16th, July 23rd, July 30th, August 6th
(July 23rd will be at an alternate location TBD)
FINALS: August 6th (all divisions)
Time: 7-9PM
Location: Mahopac High School/Somers High School

***An athletic trainer will be on site for each event***

League Details:

Registration: Please answer the form questions to the best of your ability. If you can’t or need to clarify something, reach out to Katie at [email protected] 

New Teams: Text Katie with team name and captain info.

Team Size: Registered player minimum is 8 players.

Substitutes: Sub registration will be out after teams have registered.  

If a substitute is planning on playing 4 or more games, they need to register for the entire season.   
Subs need to play in at least 50% of the regular season games in order to qualify for playoffs (uneven regular season games rounding up (2.5 to 3 games).  

Free Agents: defined as a participant that is not assigned to a specific team. You could be new or changing teams.

Equipment / Uniforms:

  • Jerseys: One new jersey is included in a full-time registration. We will work with the captains to design the jersey. Participants will fill out a google form, there is no question in registration for it.

  •  Substitute Jerseys: Subs MUST register and pay for a jersey on the registration site if they want a personalized jersey and fill out a jersey form.

  • Flag Belts: All Participants receive new flag belts. If a player loses a belt or has a damaged belt, you may purchase another for $12.

  • Mouthguards: all participants are required to wear mouthguards. Anyone not wearing a mouthguard will not be allowed to participate.

  • Headgear: Headgear is recommended but not required. If you do not choose to wear protective headgear (Helmet or headband) you will have to sign a waiver during the registration process. 
Email Katie if you are interested in purchasing headgear from our affiliate to receive a discount code.

Family Discounts: An automatic discount will be applied to the 2nd and any subsequent registrations for participants in the same family account. (i.e., second family registrant is $30 off, third is $40 off, fourth is $50 off).  

Critical Rule Changes:

Substitutes: Teams in a higher division may ask lower division players to sub at no cost. 

Higher Division players CANNOT play for a lower division team. 

Again, for the people in the back…. HIGHER DIVISION PLAYERS CANNOT PLAY FOR A LOWER DIVISION TEAM!

Subs from lower divisions may NOT play in playoffs or finals. 

Adding New Players that don’t meet division age requirements: If you add A NEW player below the age requirement, your team will have to move into a higher bracket to meet the player's minimum age requirement of that bracket. 

(e.g., if a B Division team (ages 35+) adds a 24-year old player, they will get moved up to A Division)

Division Allocation: Teams will be allocated into divisions AFTER all teams are registered.

NOTE: Depending on the number of new teams entering, some teams may be placed into a higher or lower bracket(depending on age restrictions). Teams that won their bracket may be moved up to a higher bracket depending on numbers in each division.
