• How much is registration?
• Flag players and cheerleader : $45
• JV/Varsity Football and Cheer : $75
• $100 volunteer fee: this will be returned as you work your 2 shifts. Each shift worked is $50 earned.
• Sibling discount : $10 off additional siblings (discount only apply to varsity and JV teams)
• When are practices?
• Practices are set by the coaching staff. 
• JV & Varsity Football 
• Summer practice is Monday-Thursday 6-8pm
• Once school starts practice drops to 3 times a week : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday (this day depends on the Jr High Schedule that week)
• Flag Football
• Summer practices :3 days a week
• Once school starts: 2 days Tuesday and Wednesday/ Thursday
• Cheer
• Summer: Varsity- Tuesday/Wednesday /Thursday JV & Flag-Tuesday/Thursday
• Once School starts: all teams TBD
• Cheer Camp will be the week of August 5th
• When does the season run?
• Season typically starts the last weeks of July till mid October.
• How many games are there?
• We play 6 main season games. With 1scrimmage before. Potentially there may be 2 more games at the end of the season for playoffs.
• Where are games played?
• Home games are at the Jerry Page Field.( Laurel Valley Elementary)
• Away games will depend on the teams each year.

• What is heat acclimatization?
• All JV & Varsity football players are required to have one week of heat acclimatization  
• The goal of this period is to enhance exercise heat tolerance and the ability to exercise safely and effectively in warm and hot conditions. 
• Players can not move forward to helmets and pads till this is completed at practice.
• How do I know what team to sign up for?
• Teams are grouped by grade level. Please register your child for the grade they will be in the 24/25 school year.
• What is the Volunteer Fee for? 
• To have a successful year we need volunteers to help on Saturday home games. 
• You will receive $50 per shift worked. 2 shifts will earn back your whole fee.
• Most parents volunteer for shifts before or after their child is playing.
• Volunteer shifts can be concessions, sticks, announcers, tickets….
