TEAM PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES – CONTACT DAWN KISTLER: (484) 597-3065

• Notify your team of upcoming East Side Memorial events, hand out flyers, and relay changes to practice or game schedules.

• Remind parents/guardians of practices and games, including cancellations and rescheduled games.

GROUNDS & MAINTENANCE – CONTACT GEORGE RINKER: (484) 408-1783

• Mowing grass, weed whacking, cleaning the property, and emptying trash cans.

• Assist with setup and takedown of equipment for special events.

• Painting and routine property maintenance.

• Volunteers with plumbing, electrical, or construction experience are highly needed.

CONCESSION STAND – CONTACT JEANNETTE ORTIZ-OFRAY: (484) 664-0915

• Must be 18 years old to volunteer in the concession stand.

• Open the stand 30 minutes before games and close it after the final game.

• Take and fill food orders, wash dishes, and assist with cooking on the grill and fryers.

• Volunteers will NOT handle money or operate the cash register.

• Must be 18 years old or accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Operate the scoreboard, announce player names, and make public announcements.

• This is the best seat in the house — and it’s air-conditioned!
