Centered around Bible-based principles Honesty, Integrity, Perseverance, Courage, Excellence

Team Purpose – To make a positive impact within our athlete's development by encouraging them to be resilient and embrace the challenges and setbacks natural to the game of baseball.
Team Mission - Our mission is to educate, equip and prepare players for a purpose driven process centered approach that passionately challenges them to strive for excellence around team growth and development.
Team Vision - Is for our players to learn how necessary each individual effort contributes to the success of the team. It is our goal to stress the importance of pursuing and to always apply positive attitudes and best efforts on the baseball field. It is through teaching baseball fundamentals that we will equip players to develop a passion for challenging themselves to strive for excellence.
Team Core Values - Our core values are developed around bible-based principals. It will be our goal to hold ourselves accountable to these principles at all levels of our organization. We will say team prayers before games. • Honesty – Being truthful in all circumstances. Even when we make mistakes. • Integrity – Doing our very best to be our best in all things. Even when we fail. • Perseverance - Challenge ourselves to keep trying our best. Even when times are tough. • Courage - Having faith in yourself and staying positive while moving forward during your struggle. Even when afraid. • Excellence - Working hard to believe that you will achieve your goals. Even when we fall.
Team Goal Setting – Begins with the effective communication of our coaches, understanding parent and player expectations. Practice strategies will be developed to build confidence, demonstrate honest effort and define character. Practices will be physically and mentally challenging by design to prepare players for game time scenarios. • Individual goals and team goals will be set. • As goals are set, the idea of winning attitudes and efforts are more valuable than scoreboard wins. • Our basis of goal setting is that we win every time we step foot on a baseball field. • Individual goals could be based on monitoring the technical development of each player (arm strength, arm accuracy, foot speed, swing development and exit velocity. • Team goals can be established by unity, supporting and encouraging each other, ability to gel as a team to learn advanced team approach and plays.

Behavior Expectations
- We understand that failure is built into the game of baseball by default. Anytime you can fail 7 out of every 10 tries at anything in life and still be considered great means that failure is common theme in this arena. Frustration will be inevitable.
• Players - It is very important to us that our attitudes and efforts always remain positive even during struggles and failure.
• Negative body language, insubordinate behavior and lack of effort is grounds for disciplinary action. We intend to coach our players through any type of negative behavior.
• If the behavior develops into aggressive, overly emotional, insubordinate or disruptive in nature – we will ask the player to sit with their parents until after the game or practice.

Parents – We appreciate your child’s participation on our team.
• We expect to coach our team with your support and encouragement.
• Please keep any negative or disruptive comments to yourself during games.
• We welcome discussions or any complaint you might have; however, during games or tournaments is not the appropriate time. Scheduling a meeting in advance before or after practice is welcome and preferred.

Coaches – Are selected upon a normal interview process and are vetted through a background check with USSSA.
• Our coaches typically have played a form of advanced level baseball, some at the high school, college or even at the professional level.
• Our goal is to offer cutting edge and higher-level baseball experience and knowledge.
• Our coaches will be expected to treat all players, parents, fans, and officials in a professional manner with courtesy and respect.
• In addition, some members of our coaching staff will be parents of a player on their team.
• We expect that our coaches will act in a fair manner to all players and create opportunities for players to earn their spot on the travel team. During practice and friendly scrimmages, coaches will give players the opportunity to demonstrate competency at multiple positions. At tournaments, coaches will do their best to position players in a manner that gives the team the best advantage to compete.
