Hello! My name is Roslyn Thornton, the President of First Dayton Little League (FDLL) in Dayton, Ohio. Serving as the past FDLL Secretary since 2017, I am excited in taking the lead as President, dedicated to the Little League players and parents in the West Dayton community.
     First Dayton Little League is resolute as a systematized non-profit organization, providing an organized youth sports program in West Dayton. We have worked with the youth in our community since 1946, and we are known as one of the oldest registered Not-For-Profit youth sports programs in the United States. As we begin planning for the 2025 Little League season, our organization recognizes the wonderful things we have accomplished with endured contributions to the FDLL program.
     Our organization operates on donations and fundraisers, which is why we need your financial support to help promote a safe environment for our children to thrive in and to strengthen the core values of becoming great citizens of our community. With all the challenges our youth face today, your much needed support will keep us moving forward, well past the 79 years we have already accomplished.
