This camp is designated for all 3rd to 5th grade girls interested in flag football. In this camp, girls will learn basic skills to introduce the sport of flag football. You do not have to be registered for the season to join this camp, but we encourage all girls who are registered, to sign up.

Campers will need to wear athletic attire appropriate for the weather and bring a full water bottle. Cleats are not required but recommended.

March 17th from 1pm to 3pm at Foote park.

2C Pickleball Club will be running these beginner/intermediate pickleball lessons at the Middleton Community Center.

NFL Flag Football Registration opens January 1st, 2026!

Program fee covers cost of Uniform Shirt and Belts. Cleats are recommended, mouth guards are REQUIRED.

Season Start dates:

March 9th practices will begin. Optional practice during spring break (March 16-19)

Games begin the week of March 30th.

Championship week will be the week of May 11th. Location TBD.

March 6th - Coaches meeting. 7pm at the Community Center.

Cheer:

We have a limited number of space for our mini cheer team. 1st grade to 5th grade. Practices and games will be during the week. Girls will cheer for siblings teams. In the notes, please put if your sibling will be playing football so we can schedule the team during that game.

Boys 10u (3rd to 4th grade) - Monday, Tuesday

Boys 12u (5th to 6th grade)- Tuesday

Boys 14u (7th to 8th grade) - Thursday

Boys 16u (9th to 12th grade) - Monday

Girls season will run from March 30th until May 20th. Games will be twice a week First game will be April 27th.

Girls 10u (3rd to 5th grade)- Thursday (Foote park games)

Girls 12u (6th to 8th grade) - Wednesday

Girls 16u (9th to 12th grade) - Monday and Wednesday.

Games will for 14u and 16u will be at the Boise Optimist Football Complex at 7pm Monday and Wednesday. Teams will play other girls teams in the valley.

Practice schedules will be coaches choice.

Teams that play in the fall will still play together. Any players that don't come back will be filled in with players coming for spring ball. We will be dividing the girls teams up into correct divisions. All players who register will be placed on a team. If you do not want to play on the same team as the fall team, please reach out to me to make that request. There is also a spot on this registration to make that request. Coaches are only allowed to make player requests (up to 3), siblings registered in the same division will be placed on the same team.

2026 Adult Softball. We are excited for a second season of Adult Softball! Register your team or sign up as a free agent for our 2026 season.

Team fee is $350 which comes to about $30 each for a team of 12 players. Each game will have a professional umpire that follows the same adult softball rules throughout the valley. We will finish off our season with a championship single elimination bracket play.

Wednesday and Thursday games. One or two games a week 7:30pm or 8:30pm.
