2025 Spring Recreational Baseball

Recreational baseball at Balcones Youth Sports provides a fun space for kids to learn and develop baseball skills in a community setting. This program is favorable for both first-time players and kids who love to play and improve their skills. Recreational baseball is available for all youth ages 4 to 12 years old.

All players (except T-ball) participate in a skills assessment and are drafted to their teams. Skills assessments will be in late January.

All volunteers need to complete the volunteer questionnaire required by Little League. Team staff volunteers (manager/head coach, assistant coach, parent representative and practice helper) and board members are required to undergo a background check. All other Volunteers will still be required to submit information, but will NOT be background checked. Thank you for volunteering this season! We cannot do this without you!
