The Torrington PAL Girls Travel Basketball Program is designed for dedicated athletes seeking a higher level of competition and development. This program provides young players the opportunity to compete against teams from surrounding towns and regions, while enhancing their basketball IQ and sharpening their skills. Our experienced coaching staff focuses on advanced techniques, game strategies, and conditioning to prepare players for competitive play. In addition to improving overall basketball skill we aim to foster individual growth on and off the court.

Please have your athlete arrive a few minutes early, bring water, and come ready to participate fully in all drills and activities. Proper athletic attire and sneakers are required.

Our Citywide Basketball Program welcomes athletes of all talent levels in grades 4 - 8! This program is designed to provide all youth athletes, regardless of experience or skill level, the opportunity to learn, grow, and compete in a team basketball setting. Our program emphasizes fundamental skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence building, ensuring every participant has a positive and rewarding experience.
