Our PAL girls' lacrosse program is back! With a strong emphasis on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, our program aims to provide young women in grades K-6 with an opportunity to excel in the fast-paced and dynamic sport of lacrosse. Our primary goal is to foster a supportive and empowering environment where players can grow both athletically and personally. Through dedicated coaching, structured training sessions, and competitive gameplay against other local programs, we aspire to cultivate a love for the sport while instilling values of dedication, resilience, and leadership in our players. 

Registrations close on January 25th and practices will begin on March 24th! Additionally, we are offering a $10 discount if registration is completed before January 11th!

Scholarships and equipment can be provided if needed!
