Tiny Grapplers: Where Champions Begin (4-7 years old)

At Aggressive Wrestling Academy, our "Tiny Grapplers" program is specially designed for young wrestlers aged 4-7. We focus on introducing the basic fundamentals of wrestling in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Through a mix of basic wrestling drills, tumbling, and other fitness activities, we aim to help kids develop a love for the sport while fostering the work ethic that wrestling demands. Our goal is to ensure that every child not only learns the essentials of wrestling but also enjoys the process, building confidence and a strong foundation for their future in the sport.

Rising Warriors: Mastering the Mat (0-3 years of experience)

The "Rising Warriors" program at Aggressive Wrestling Academy is tailored for athletes with at least a year of wrestling experience. This group is all about elevating their training consistency and taking their skills to the next level. Wrestlers will refine their ability to drill, spar, and participate in structured practices, all while developing the mental and physical toughness essential for success. Each athlete will be introduced to various wrestling styles, equipping them with the versatility and preparation needed for the next stages of their wrestling journey within the academy.

Elite Contenders: Sharpening Skills, Strengthening Minds (4+ years of experience and minimum 5th grade). Designed for athletes looking to compete at AAU State and in higher level national tournaments.

The "Elite Contenders" program at Aggressive Wrestling Academy is crafted for athletes who are ready to develop and master fundamental skills while preparing their minds for the challenges of competition. These classes will focus on enhancing mat awareness and situational wrestling, introducing high-level techniques, and incorporating various strength workouts. This program is designed to build a solid foundation of wrestling expertise, while also fostering the mental toughness and strategic thinking required to excel on the mat.

Elite High School: Elevating Excellence (high school). For high school athletes who are looking to prepare for local, state, and national tournaments.

The "Elite High School" program at Aggressive Wrestling Academy is designed to complement the school-based curriculum for high school athletes. This program provides additional instruction through wrestling sessions, drilling, and advanced technical skill development. Alongside physical training, athletes will also engage in mental workouts, preparing them to excel both on and off the mat. Our goal is to enhance their performance, ensuring they reach their full potential as they compete at the high school level and beyond.
