At Aggressive Wrestling Academy, this program is specially designed for young wrestlers. We focus on introducing the basic fundamentals of wrestling in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Through a mix of basic wrestling drills, tumbling, and other fitness activities, we aim to help kids develop a love for the sport while fostering the work ethic that wrestling demands. Our goal is to ensure that every child not only learns the essentials of wrestling but also enjoys the process, building confidence and a strong foundation for their future in the sport.

This session is crafted for athletes who are ready to develop and master fundamental skills while preparing their minds for the challenges of competition. These classes will focus on enhancing mat awareness and situational wrestling (through follkstyle, freestyle and greco), introducing high-level techniques, and incorporating various strength workouts. This program is designed to build a solid foundation of wrestling expertise, while also fostering the mental toughness and strategic thinking required to excel on the mat. Our goal is to enhance their performance, ensuring they reach their full potential.
