Registrations for All Programs:
All programs are not specific to a player’s age, but rather the child's birthday.  This means your child's numerical age might not be what you think falls into each category.  The registration process is designed around the birthdates set forth by Little League®.  If you have a question about this or feel your child is not in the correct program, please reach out to the program’s coordinator for information.

Registration each season is a thoughtful and detailed process designed to create the best possible experience for every player. While it may seem straightforward from the outside, there are many important factors that go into building balanced teams and ensuring fairness across the program.  First and foremost, player ability is carefully considered to determine appropriate placement so that each child is both challenged and supported.  Age is another key factor, because spreading out players based on age helps promote safety, confidence, and growth.  Beyond skill and age, there are additional considerations that often go unseen.  Sibling placement, for example, is taken into account when possible to support family logistics.  Legal and administrative matters such as custody arrangements or residency requirements must also be respected and followed.  Scheduling constraints, team numbers, and overall registration totals further influence how teams are ultimately formed.

Because of all these moving parts, it is not always possible for players to be placed on the same team year after year, or with the same teammates and coaches.  While consistency can be beneficial, the priority remains creating balanced teams and a positive experience for everyone involved.  What families can count on is that every child who registers will have a place on a team if they choose to play.  The goal of the process is inclusion, development, and enjoyment of the game for all participants.  We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this complex process each season, always with the best interests of the players in mind.

Tee Ball:
Little League Tee Ball® is a co-ed, non-competitive introductory program for children focused on fun, fitness, and fundamentals.  It teaches basic skills such as hitting off a tee, running bases, and fielding without scorekeeping, outs, or pitching.

Baseball:
Baseball Minors:
Little League Baseball® Minor Division is an instructional, competitive level for players focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.  It acts as a bridge between Tee Ball and the Majors, using a machine to pitch and is on a 60-foot diamond.
Baseball Majors:
The Little League Baseball® Major Division is the premier, competitive division for players.  It is designed to refine skills learned in lower divisions.  Through sanctioned events, this level of play culminates in the annual Little League Baseball World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Softball:
Softball Minors:
Little League Softball® Minors Division is a coach pitch, instructional division, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship to prepare players for the Major Division but uses an 11-inch softball.
Softball Minors:
Little League Softball® Major Division (or Majors) is a competitive division for girls focusing on advanced skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.  It features kid-pitch, a 40-foot pitching distance with 60-foot bases and uses a 12-inch softball.

Fees:
Based on the hard work of our volunteers, and support of the community, the cost for our children have remained the same for many years.  Starting in 2025 all payments must be made online through the Sports Connect website and have a credit card processing fee associated with the transaction.  This fee is non-fundable.
