Land O Frost Winter Workouts

Our Softball Winter Workouts are designed to keep athletes engaged, conditioned, and improving during the off-season. Whether you’re preparing for the upcoming spring season, looking to refine your skills in a focused environment, or brand new to the sport, this program offers structured training in a supportive, high-energy setting.

Program Goals:

Improve fundamental skills: hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running
Build strength, speed, and agility specific to softball
Enhance game awareness and decision-making
Prevent injury with proper warm-ups, mobility work, and conditioning
Foster teamwork, discipline, and mental toughness

What to Expect:

Weekly indoor sessions led by experienced coaches and former players
Position-specific drills and small-group instruction
Hitting cage work, defensive reps, and live situational play
Speed and agility circuits tailored for softball athletes

Who Can Join:

Open to players ages 7-12, all skill levels welcome. Athletes will be grouped by age and experience to ensure appropriate development and competitive challenge.
