MISSION STATEMENT

Paxton Little League is a non-profit organization committed to instilling the values of sportsmanship, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and respect in the children of our community. Our goal is to provide a safe, positive, and fun environment where players can develop their character, confidence, and athletic skills while building lifelong friendships and a love for the game.

We believe that the development of well-rounded, responsible young citizens is more important than the pursuit of winning baseball games. We strive to create an educational-athletic experience where every player:

• Has fun playing and learning the game;
• Feels valued and supported as a team member, regardless of their performance;
• Demonstrates respect for teammates, opponents, coaches, umpires, and the game itself; and
• Continually grows in their understanding of the sport and improves their skills.

Paxton Little League is dedicated to fostering a culture where players, parents, coaches, and volunteers work together to promote the
highest ideals of sports and prepare our youth for success both on and off the field.
