FAQs
1. When does registration begin?
Online registration begins January, 2025
2. How do I know what grade my child is in?
Grades are determined by what grade your child will be in next year (2025-26).
3. When should my child show up on the first day?
It is ideal for campers to start arriving 20-30 minutes before camp commences to check in.
4. When do the High Potential Camps end?
All High Potential Camps end at 4:00 pm on the last day (Thursday).
5. Should my child bring a water bottle?
Bottomless Gatorade bottles are offered at camp for an affordable price. There are water fountains in the facility as well, but one can bring their own bottle if they chose. We recommend purchasing the Gatorade bottles.
6. Will food be provided for these camps?
Lunch and dinner will be provided for our High Potential camps (breakfast included for those who stay in the dorms). We also have a camp store with sport drinks, snacks, ice cream, and an assortment of candies.
7. Who supervises the dorms?
Participants will never be unsupervised in the dorms. We will always have camp coaches staying over to regulate curfew and tend to any specific needs.
8. Who are the camp instructors?
Our head coach, Coach Hiatt, and his staff run the camp with the help of highly qualified and experienced current and former players and regional high school and college coaches.
9. Who do I contact regarding special arrangements?
Contact our camp staff with any special arrangements. 406.496.4205 or by email at [email protected]
10. Will this camp be worth it?
Absolutely. Coach Hiatt's High Potential Camps are considered the premier teaching and competition-based camps in the West. They routinely have the best players attend from 12 or more different states because of our camp’s reputation.
11. How will I know my spot is confirmed in camp?
Upon registering online, you will receive a payment receipt e-mail. This receipt is confirmation. Everyone will receive a "Camp Information" letter approximately 2 weeks before camp starts.
12. What is the camp refund policy?
Our basketball camps have a NO REFUND policy. To protect your registration payment in the event that you are unable to participate due to an injury, illness, transportation difficulty, or other covered reason, we strongly encourage you to consider purchasing Registration Cancellation Insurance. This will provide relief from the "No Refund Policy" by refunding your registration costs should an incident occur. Registration Cancellation Insurance has no deductible and the cost of insurance is a small percentage of the program fee. If you have any questions regarding this product, please reach out to info@stacksports.com. For refund request, please contact [email protected] or 855-998-2928.
