League President: Julia Jones -
Acting as Chief Executive Officer, the President directs the overall vision and goals of the organization through strengthening community relations, long-term planning, finances and budgeting, capital projects, and organizational development. The President will preside over all board meetings, decisions, and processes, as well as preside over all organizational operations.
Vice President: Jenn O'Brien
Acting as Chief Operating Officer and assistant to President. Distributes sponsor plaques for respective leagues/divisions. Presides in the absence of the presiden.
Treasurer: Brittany Saucier
Acting as Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer shall manage all financial information in the organization. Duties include: Prepare monthly and year-end financial documents. Prepare budgets for ensuing fiscal year during November/December. Manage all tax-related items, including non-profit certifications. Coordinate all bank transactions with executive board supervision. Manages organization’s insurance policies and claims, as well as board member insurance policy. Handle all payroll related items
Secretary: Meg Young
Record minutes from all board meetings, or other meetings as assigned. Manage all correspondence between board and organization members. Manages all league documents, including by-laws, with oversight of executive board. Manage criminal background check database of volunteers, board members, employees
Director of Baseball: Timothy Robinson
Director of Baseball (Tball & Rookie): Samuel York
Acts as chief commissioner for baseball with oversight of all baseball league commissioners. Validates all pitching charts. Maintains up-to-date ground rules for all leagues. Maintains up-to-date coaches’ code of conduct. Presides over pre-season rules meetings/clinics for coaches and commissioners
Director of Softball: Lisa Lyford
Acts as chief commissioner for softball with oversight of all softball league commissioners. Maintains up-to-date ground rules for all leagues. Maintains up-to-date coaches’ code of conduct. Presides over pre-season rules meetings/clinics for coaches and commissioners. Direct oversight of tryouts for softball leagues, including coordinating commissioner participation and assignments
Sponsorship/Fundraising: OPEN
Maintains communication and relationships with current sponsors. Develops and exploring leads for new sponsors. Maintains an electronic database of sponsor information. Maintains, with board oversight, an updated sponsorship packet, pricing, and details. Manages all fundraising, special events, and related events
Player Agent: OPEN
Responsible for advertising and reminders for website, schools, newspapers, etc. with board approval. May serve in administrative duties for special events, fundraisers, etc. as assigned. Involvement and oversight in all registrations, tryouts, clinics, and draft per the Executive Commissioners and Vice President
Equipment Manager: Eric Boelzner
Distribution, collection, and upkeep of all equipment and gear. Purchasing of new equipment, with board approval. Managing inventory of league equipment and consumables
Uniforms: Lindsay Chase
Work with uniform vendor. Organize uniforms by team and distribute to teams prior to Opening Day
Maintain stock of post season uniforms; distribute all-star uniforms when teams are formed and collect jerseys when teams are finished. Works with vendor to identify what and for how much fanwear we will sell next season and present the plan to the Board. Reviews the online store set up by the vendor and then gets communication out to the league when ready.
Scheduling Director/Umpire Coordinator: Michelle Ball
Scheduling all regular season, make-up, and playoff games for baseball. Scheduling of any league games. Coordinates scheduling of practice facilities with all league teams. Scheduling officials for all games (tournaments, leagues, make-up, playoffs).
Field Maintenance: Mike Brazil
Maintenance of entire facility. Purchasing/maintaining inventory of all materials/supplies necessary for upkeep. Reporting needs/financial data to board.
Communications (Website and Social Media): Tiffany Doucet
Oversee and coordinate all League Publicity campaigns, including but not limited to announcements, registration, clinics, seminars, articles, etc. Sets up and manages league’s official website; sets up online registration and ensures the league rosters are uploaded to the league; assigns online administrative rights to other local volunteers; encourages creation of team web sites to managers, coaches, and parents; ensures that league news and scores are updated online on a regular basis; collects, posts, and distributes important information on league activities including direct dissemination of fundraising and sponsor activities to the district, the public, league members, and the media.
Events and Volunteer Coordinator: OPEN
Events Coordinator is responsible for oversight over various league-sponsored events designed to promote the league, increase enrollment and retention. Duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate Opening Day Ceremonies, Coordinate and communicate hit-a-thon, clinics, and other league activities, Coordinate scheduling of pictures and make up pictures with photography organization and league coaches, Coordinate distribution of pictures to team coaches, Collaborate with Sponsorships Coordinator to secure donations for hit-a-thon/raffle prizes, award and disseminate donated prizes for hit-a-thon, and disseminate team pizza party prizes for top fundraising teams in each division, Coordinate messaging and distribution of hit-a-thon prizes to raffle winners, Coordinate ordering and distribution of end of year trophies and sponsors’ plaques to coaches for dissemination, Coordinate league family participation in fundraising activities.
