Culture of Volunteerism

Little Leagues across the globe rely on hundreds of thousands of volunteers every year to provide local youth the opportunity to create lifelong memories while playing a sport they love.

The Columbia Little League Board members highly encourage parents and family members to invest in your children's little league experience (beyond signing them up and cheering them on).  These children are the future foundation of youth programs in our communities. Volunteering some time and effort to the program and/or teams, can make a detrimental impact on the future of youth athletics in our community. 

As volunteers we are on the board of directors, coaches, team managers, field-hands, fund-raisers, and concession stand workers.
