Welcome to Flying High Flag Football's, Fall 2025 NFL Flag program! With Early Registration there is a $25 discount on the listed price.

We are excited to bring youth co-ed NFL Flag Football to Rockland County, with our home field in Congers, Clarkstown NY. Our program focuses on fostering teamwork & Fundamentals, developing skills, and most importantly, having fun! Our Program is for athletes ages 7-14, but we will be offering a one day a week, 4-week Clinic for ages 5 & 6 Sunday Mornings 9am starting in September.

All games will be held on Sunday mornings at the Rockland Country Day School Fields (RCDS), located Behind Kings Park baseball field #3 in Congers, NY. The Fall season will operate on Sundays, September 7th, 2025, through October 26th, 2025.

Your registration fee includes an Official NFL Flag Jersey and Flag belt. Participants are required to wear cleats and a mouthguard for safety. There is an opportunity for teams to practices before each game Sunday morning, but practice is conducted based on the coach's availability and there may be one practice held during the week. We encourage everyone to come out to the fields, ready to play some NFL Flag Football...

Our Program relies on Volunteers to help coach our athletes to ensure we have the best season possible, so if you're interested in being a Head Coach, Assistant coach, or Team manager please sign up when registering your player and let's have the best fall season possible. 

We will be Kicking the season off with our: Mini Combine/ Clinic, which will be held during the first weekend in September. This event is open to all (ages 5-14) and is a separate event from League play. Cost is $20 please check our social media for flyers regarding date and times. During this past spring we had over 60 participants for our mini combine/ Clinic.
