2026 Spring NFL Flag Individual Player Registration

Welcome to Flying High Flag Football's Spring 2026 NFL Flag program!

Registration Details

- Early Registration Discount: Register now for a $30 discount on the listed price.
- Individual Player Registration: Players will be placed on a team by the league.
- Team Registration: Requires a registered Coach who can provide you with a "TEAM CODE."

About the Program

We are excited to bring youth co-ed as well as ALL GIRLS NFL Flag Football to Rockland County, with our home field in Congers, Clarkstown, NY. Our program is designed for athletes ages 7–12 and focuses on fostering teamwork, fundamentals, skill development, and fun.

We do offer a Clinic for Younger Athletes (Ages 5–6)

We will offer a four-week clinic for ages 5 and 6, held one day a week on Sunday mornings at 8:30 AM, starting in April. This program will focus on skill development.

Season Schedule and Location

- Dates: Sundays, April 12th, through June21st, 2025. There will be one or two Saturday/ Saturday night games this season.
- Location: All games are held at the Rockland Country Day School Fields (RCDS), located behind Kings Park baseball field #3 in Congers, NY.
- Practice: Teams may practice before each game on Sunday mornings. Coaches may also hold one practice during the week, based on their availability.
- 6 Game regular season with guaranteed playoffs.

What's Included & Required

Your registration fee includes an Official NFL Flag Jersey and flag belt. Participants are required to wear cleats and a mouth guard for safety. Headgear is Optional. 

*Volunteers Needed* Highly encouraged.

Our program relies on volunteers to coach our athletes. If you are interested in being a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Manager, please sign up when registering your player.

Mini Combine/Clinic Event

We will kick off the season with our Mini Combine/Clinic date will be announced in February. This is a separate event from League play, open to all ages 5–12. The cost is $20. Please check our social media for event flyers.
