The Roberto Clemente Youth Baseball League of Waterbury is a Little League–sanctioned program founded in 2024 with a mission far bigger than baseball. We develop young athletes while building character, confidence, and leadership through teamwork, discipline, and community engagement.

Our league celebrates diversity and inclusivity, bringing families from all backgrounds together to create a supportive, generational baseball experience. Through strong volunteer involvement and a family-centered culture, we promote sportsmanship, lifelong friendships, and a commitment to giving back—reflecting the values and legacy of Roberto Clemente.
