Middletown Athletic Association offers a fun and competitive street hockey program each fall to all boys and girls ages 5 to 17.  We will hold our practices and games at the new rink at Forsythia Crossing Park in Levittown.

Typically, games are Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings with one or two practices mid-week. The exact days/times are determined once teams are formed and coaches assigned.

Teams are coed and are created based upon age and skill level. Each player must have a caged helmet, mouthpiece/guard, street hockey stick, hockey shin guards, protective cup, elbow pads, hockey style gloves. Each player will receive a team shirt.
