AS A COACH, VOLUNTEER OR SENIOR UMPIRE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE BELOW BEFORE THE SEASON BEGINS:

• PA CHILD ABUSE CLEARANCE
• PA CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECK
• LL CHILD ABUSE AWARENESS TRAINING 

All items that are submitted will be reviewed by the Safety Committee of DWLL. 

You will able to log into SportsConnect and attach the necessary clearance information to your profile once it is completed. 

You will not be able to participate in any DWLL practices, etc. until the information is submitted and you receive a clearance email from the Safety Coordinator.
