Juniors & Seniors Little League Spring 2025 (Derby)

This league is run by Derby Little League, but they have graciously opened registration to Monroe families.

The Junior Season (league age players 13 to 15 not playing high school baseball) will begin with practices in

March and games from April into June. A Junior All‐Star tournament is possible for league age 13 & 14 year

old's if there is enough interest.

The Seniors Season (league age players 13 to 16) begins around June 1st after high school baseball ends.

Senior players can begin practicing after their high school season officially ends. Games begin the first

week of June and will be scheduled over a 3 week period with most games expected on weekends. A

Senior All‐Star tournament is possible for league age 13‐16 year old's if there is enough interest.

We will be asking everyone who is interested in playing in either or both divisions to register by

February. This includes those playing Senior baseball which does not begin until June. We will need to

know what our numbers will be for the Senior baseball program at the beginning of our Junior baseball

season, so we have enough uniforms ordered and we will be ready to begin the season by June 1st.

Senior only baseball players MUST pay at least an initial $50 uniform deposit per child at time of

registration with balance to follow no later than Memorial Day.

Registration Cost Per Player:

Juniors $150 / Seniors $125

One fee for either program. Juniors eligible players can play both divisions for only the $150 fee.

Players must be 13 years old by September 1st, 2025

but not older than 16 years old by August 31st, 2025.

Parents/Guardians must provide the following:

Player’s birth certificate and three (3) proofs of residency OR School Enrollment Form.

Registration Form, Medical Release Form, Photo Release Form, Parent Code of Conduct Form, Bullying Form, and

Drug Policy along with Volunteer Applications can be printed from the Derby Little League website at www.derbylittleleague.com.
