A FUN short 4 session Individual Skill Development/small group TRAINING program. This is open to all ages and abilities - girls and boys. As part of our Fellowship of Christian Athlete process every session will include 60 min on the turf followed by a 15 min huddle. Our focus will be connecting the season of Advent to our off season in lacrosse. We will end with Thurs Dec 18th with LAX-MAS fun packed hour! The cost for these 4 session is $60 or attend the ones you can for $20/session. DEC 9, 11, 16, 18 ~ 5-6:15pm

Chilly Lax WINTER 2026 is an opportunity for middle and high school girls to put in some reps, get some individual development, and play small sided games in preparation for their spring season. ALL OUT FUN along with FCA huddle each session. COST $90 for 6 sessions (Jan 6, 13, 20, 27, Feb 3, 10).
