Welcome to La Mesa Highlanders, where young athletes and their families come together to celebrate the spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork, and community. As a proud member of the Pop Warner family, we’re dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and supportive environment for kids to grow both on and off the field. Our program offers both flag football and tackle football options, providing opportunities for children of all skill levels, ages 5-14, to experience the excitement of the game. Ages for Flag can be from 5 - 7 years old as of 07/31/2025. La Mesa Highlander Tackle Football begins at 8U.
