Speed Limit

The speed limit at the complex is 5 miles per hour – We have a lot of children running around the complex, crossing the street to practice and games so please observe the speed limit!

Parking 

These restrictions are based upon the city requirements with the property surrounding the LCN complex and Tarrallton Park.

Parking is only allowed in designated parking areas. Parking on the grass areas or  field entrances is strictly prohibited. Vehicles will be ticketed by the Norfolk City Park Ranger and towing will be enforced.

Handicap Parking is defined by blue painted logs in the parking lots with the "Handicap logo" painted on them.  Any vehicle found parking in the handicap spaces without a state-issued plate or placard will be towed.

Reserved Spaces- LCN has five (5) reserved spaces marked with orange cones. These spaces are designated for board Members and Umpires. Please do NOT remove the orange cone to park. Only vehicles with a special decal are approved to park in them. 

Extra Parking- There are several parking lots around the LCN complex, past the main parking lot at the field. Each lot connects to the next.

Little Creek National is not liable for any tickets, towing expenses, fees and/or potential damages resulting from fly balls

Pet/Animal Policy

No Animals are allowed at the LCN Complex with the exception of certified, licensed, and properly marked service dogs.  The work or task an animal has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability.  Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA or under Virginia law and are not allowed at LCN.  Service animals are also required to display their identifying leash, vest, or harness any time they are working.  LCN reserves the right to ask any animal to leave the grounds if it poses a direct threat to the health and safety of our visitors.

Smoking/Alcohol Policy

Smoking/vaping/use of e-cigarettes is allowed ONLY in the designated areas at the end of each field. Smokers are asked to completely extinguish their cigarettes/cigars and properly dispose of them in the provided buckets.  Alcohol of any type is banned from the LCN Complex.

Lost & Found

Our Lost and Found is located in our Main Office.  If no one is in the office, please ask someone that is working the stand to assist you in checking the Lost and Found if needed.

TRASH POLICY

The League thanks you for helping to provide our children with the opportunity of playing baseball at our awesome complex. Please remind your players and parents they are responsible for cleaning up their trash after the games.

Trash cans are located at each field and around the complex.

Please help us out by not over filling or putting large items in the trash cans. Extra trash bags are located in the concession stand.
