If you would like to register in person when you drop off the scholarship application, please also bring in your child's birth certificate. We will take a copy and upload this document to your child's profile and will remain on their profile for future registration.

If you would like to drop off the scholarship application and complete the registration process on you own time online, we will send you with a scholarship code to be added to your cart when you check out.
