AYSL is growing!  We are seeking a sporting director and an operations manager.  Both positions are part time.

Sporting Direct Overview
The Sporting Director will play a key role in shaping the direction and success of Ashland Youth Soccer. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development of players and coaches, ensuring a strong and positive club culture, and driving the strategic vision for the club’s sporting programs. The Sporting Director will also work closely with club leadership to ensure that all operations are aligned with the club’s values and goals while advancing the club’s mission to offer high-quality youth soccer to the local community. This position may require some travel for training or league meetings/events. This employee will be reimbursed for mileage for any club-required travel exceeding 25 miles from Poor Farm Park (Home Fields) in Ashland, Virginia. Mileage will be reimbursed at the federally approved rate ($65.5 cents/mile at the time of this posting).

Operations Manager Overview

The Operations Manager will support the day-to-day functions of the club, ensuring smooth operations and excellent experiences for players, parents, coaches, and staff. This part-time role will involve overseeing logistics, coordinating events, managing communications, and assisting with general administrative tasks.  This position may require some travel for training or league meetings/events.  This employee will be reimbursed for mileage for any club-required travel exceeding 25 miles from Poor Farm Park (Home Fields) in Ashland, Virginia.  Mileage will be reimbursed at the federally approved rate ($65.5 cents/mile at the time of this posting).
