Unless there's a special exception, you must live inside the East Little League Boundaries (see map)

NOTE* Starting with the 2025 season, children at the youngest level of the Little League® Baseball and Softball program (League Age 4-7) will have the ability to register for any Little League program they choose, without respect to any geography- or school-related eligibility requirements. Those players who register under this option will also be fully eligible to participate in all aspects of league play, including International Tournament play, for the duration of their Little League careers provided they have continuous and unbroken participation within the specific league where initially registered and provided all other participation eligibility requirements have been met.

How is it determined which division they will play in?
 "Little League Age" is the primary determinant, but a “Skills Assessment” and “Draft” process is in place that creates variability based on skill level. In general:
      • Majors: Ages 10-12
    • Minors: Ages 8-10 (Player Pitch and includes some 11 year old players not selected for Majors)
    • CCP: Ages 6-8(Competitive Coach Pitch using Coach as pitcher but playing modified baseball rules to get players ready for Minors which is player pitch. Scores/Standings are kept and begins competitive play)
    • T Ball: Ages 4‐6 (Starts out as coach pitch with tee rescue. Emphasis is on introduction to baseball and basic skills development. No scores or standings are kept)
